Phase II: Digital Compression

Tools began to standardize labor. The "Undo" button was introduced. The cost of failure dropped to zero. The speed of iteration increased.

The gap narrowed. We mistook "ease of use" for the end goal. It was only the beginning.

Phase III: The Flood (Noise)

Generative AI removed the barrier entirely.
Result: Infinite output. Zero friction.
The Error: Users confuse "Visual Fidelity" (pixels) with "Intentional Fidelity" (truth).
